| Excelsior Palace Terme nestles against a spectacular backdrop of art and architecture and focuses on gastronomy.
The building, in the amazing baroque town of Acireale, originally was a C 19 grain mill that has been skilfully restored and turned into a delightful hotel on the beautiful Riviera dei Limoni.
The elegant hotel is also an important Congress Centre, ideal for tourists and businessmen.
It is the first hotel in Sicily to have earned the UNI EN ISO 9002 Quality certification for every sector, together with UNI EN ISO 14001 for its environmental impact.
The hotel has 229 rooms, with 25 single rooms, 194 double rooms, 10 for disabled guests and 24 with a balcony.

Das Excelsior Palace eignet sich sowohl für Urlauber als auch für Geschäftsreisende. In Meernähe und unweit vom Zentrum von Acireale, ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Ätna, nach Catania oder Giardini Naxos, von dem es ca. eine halbe Autostunde entfernt ist.
Es hat weiträumige Innen- und Außenanlagen. Zur Verfügung stehen der ruhige Garten und ein großer Swimmingpool.
Die Zimmer, die nicht vor kurzem renoviert wurden, sind alle sehr groß und können auch Familien bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen. Die Bäder sind einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr großräumig.
