The hotel is located on a hill, about 1 Km from the centre of Lipari, situated in a place called Serra, about 900 m from the port of the hidrofoils and ferryboat. |

| The hotel has a large parking area and a vast expanse of land where you can go for a nice walk following a path that goes across the panoramic fields, which are characterized by the typical Mediterranean vegetation of these islands, and also some citrus plantation, olive and almond groves.
All rooms and apartments have bathrooms and patios and: telephone, satellite TV, safe, mini bar, hairdryer and central air conditioning. Some of the rooms are equipped with kitchenette.

It’s a new way to experience the colours and the typical scent of the Aeolian countryside being only a short way away from the beach and Lipari’s town centre. Actually, the resort is situated on a hillside called Serra, a km from the centre of our little town, the port, and 600 m. from the Bay of Marina Lunga. The town’s Tennis Courts are 300 m far while the five-a-side football pitch is 150 m far and the Congress Hall is 500 away. From here the view is delightful and the place is also peaceful. |

The hotel is distant approximately 1 Km from the port of berthing of ships and hydrofoils and is easy raggiungibile following the street indications that carry to a fraction of called Lipari " Serra".At the exit of the port turn to right and to follow the distance until the crossing with the barracks of the National Fire Departments, turn on the left on round and the continuations the distance carried out parallel to that one, to the crossing to turn to right, identifying a street one indicates" Serra", after approximately 50 Meters will find a road in your climb to left, will arrive to Enrica Villa. |
