| The mill rises in a zone between history and natural riches and suit of services of varied kind. Younger geusts can have fun in our specially equipped play area a large, attractive swimming pool, which merges beautifully with the rural environment, satisfies the needs of guests who wish to spend their holidays in the oasis of peace and quiet without forgoing the comforts of modern living. An adjacent structure has been converted into a secluded hall or cultural meetings and offers seating for approximately 30 people.
We are specialized in organizing banquets, ceremonies and festivities. The large gazebo, inserted in a scenery from thousands and a night, it will make frame of the wedding of your dreams, or more simply will be the informal scene for a birthday. |

• From North:
On the Highway A1 Milano-Firenze, leave at Firenze Certosa. Take to your right following signs to Siena. Proceed to Siena and leave at Colle Val dElsa Sud.
Follow the signs to Colle Val dElsa for about 300m and turn on your left towards Grosseto-Follonica.
Drive on the road n° 541 towards Grosseto-Massa Marittima-Follonica for about 20km. You will notice a column in a round-about. Keep going to Grosseto-Massa Marittima.
You will come across Montebello, Frosini and Pian di Feccia, and eventually the first direction to Chiusdino (which is our town) to your right. Please do not take it! Proceed to Massa Marittima, overcome the signs to San Galgano, cross Palazzetto, a little village along the road.
2km after Palazzetto turn to your left following signs to Luriano.
This is a dirt road. Cross the bridge, turn on your left to our entrance.
• From the sea:
On the Highway Pisa-Grosseto, leave at Follonica towards Siena. Reach Massa Marittima. Proceed to Siena for about 20km. On your way, from a crossing called Gabellino, you have 8km to our farm. Turn on your right on the dirt road. Cross the bridge, turn on your left to our entrance.
