Die Residence ElBA Golf Apartments of Acquabona ist ein neu erbaute Struktur die im Dezember 2006 eingeweiht wurde. Die Residence befindet sich in Panoramalage über der Hauptstrasse zwischen Portoferraio und Porto Azzurro. In beiden Städten können Sie alle Dienstleistungen und Geschäfte finden.
ElBA Golf Apartments liegt auf einem Hügel ab vom Chaos und vom Verkehr und von allen Wohnungen haben Sie einen fantastischen Blick über den Golf von Portoferraio und den Golfplatz von Acquabona. Durch das milde Klima ist Golfspielen auf der Insel Elba das ganze Jahr über möglich und ein grosses Vergnügen.
Die Residenz verfügt über 31 Ferienwohnungen (Zwei- und Dreizimmerwohnungen) mit viel Geschmak und Geschick möbliert: Farbfernseher, Telefon, , Kochnische, grosse möblierte Terrasse mit Blick über das Meer und Privatparkplatz und für die kältesten Monate… eigene Heizung.
Kein Problem... auch die Wäsche für das Zimmer und das Bad liefert Sie wir, ausserdem einen täglichen Aufräumservice, Wäschewechsel alle drei Tage und Assistenz vor Ort an.
Zum Reception Hilfe und Verfügbarkeit finden, ein Café mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse Überblick, der TV und der internet point kostenloser.
Im nahen Club House des Acquabona Golfs steht Ihnen ein Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch verschiedene Abkommen mit typischen Restaurants sowie mit einem Strandbad am herrlichen Lido di Capoliveri Strand.
Unsere 31 Ferienwohnungen sind folgendermassen aufgeteilt:
2-ZIMMER C : 45 qm + 20 qm Terrasse mit Meerblick - ausgerüstete Küche, Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch, Essecke, Doppelzimmer und Bad mit Dusche.
2-ZIMMER B: 56 qm + 30 qm Terrasse mit Meerblick - 'Open space' mit Kochecke, Wohnraum mit Sessel und Schlafcouch und Essecke, Doppelzimmer, Bad mit Dusche.
3-Zimmer A: 75 qm. + 30 qm Terrasse mit Meerblick - Küche, Wohnraum mit Sessel und Schlafcouch , Essecke mit Tisch für 6 Personen, Doppelzimmer und Zimmer mit zwei Betten, Bad mit Dusche. |

Areas Served: Portoferraio: Here is the main ferry port of the island. From here you reach our Residence in approx. 10 min. by car.
Except the numerous historical objects of interest of the old part of town you find here also all service achievements. Also the only hospital of the island is in Portoferraio.
Capoliveri: Ancient fortificated village builds by the Pisanian in XII the century on a hill in strategically favorable situation. The characteristic old part of town is animated particularly in the summer much and one finds there business for arts and crafts of each kind, Wine tubes, Restaurant and much more, one of the places of the island with the most intensive night life. |

By car:
Who coming from north Italy can take the highway A12 Genova - Livorno up to the exit of Rosignano; then the speedway Aurelia up to the exit Venturina - Elba Island; who arrives from the south Italy take the highway Roma - Grosseto, then the speedway Aurelia up to the exit Venturina -Isola D'Elba.
By train:
the station of arrival is Piombino Marittima, here is the harbor that connect Elba to Italy. Every half hour in summer and some less in winter star the Ferries to Elba. Chose the company Toremar and Moby Line for the departure.
By airplane:
There are flights directed from the principal European cities and from a lot of Italian cities of the center-north. The elba company is Elbafly. |
