“Tenuta il Burchio” is a place like no other: it is a small, sixteenth-century hamlet completely renovated in its original Tuscan style. The buildings were previously used as a rural dwelling and it is for this reason that the ancient ovens, the stunningly beautiful fireplaces, and the manger can still be seen, making the atmosphere even more appealing.
Il Burchio has a full range of amenities including a swimming pool in the park with hydromassage, a bar with terrace for breakfast and for aperitifs, and a top-quality restaurant serving classic Tuscan dishes every day, with the finest wines of Chianti.
A delightful swimming pool for guests only provides a lovely setting for moments of relaxation, for swimming, or simply for an aperitif in a unique atmosphere.

Entering from the courtyard – a distinctive feature of the complex – where the animals were once kept, one now finds the reception area, with efficient staff speaking a number of languages, the information office, a television room and our charming restaurant.
On the floor above are nine of the twelve rooms, with sleeping accommodation for 33. They are large and comfortable, also furnished in the Tuscan tradition, all with wood and wrought-iron furniture, but nevertheless with such modern conveniences as satellite television, telephone, safe and, in some cases, air conditioning.

VOM BRENNER KOMMEND: Autobahn “Brennero – Modena“ bei Modena auf die Autobahn A1 Richtung Bologna- Firenze- Roma. Incisa Val d’Arno ist die erste Autobahnausfahrt nach „Firenze sud“.
VON PISA KOMMMEND: Autostrada „Pisa - Firenze“, bei „Firenze“ auf die Autobahn A1 Richtung Rome fahren. Incisa Val d’Arno ist die erste Autobahnausfahrt nach „Firenze-Sud“.
VON ROM KOMMEND: Autobahn A1 Richtung Firenze/Milano. Autobahnausfahrt „Incisa Val d’ Arno » ist die naechste Ausfahrt nach « Valdarno ».
WEGBESCHREIBUNG VON DER AUTOBAHNAUSFAHRT BIS „IL BURCHIO“ :
Bitte folgen Sie immer den Schildern „Tenuta Il Burchio“ – Centro Turistico“. Nach der Mautstelle biegen Sie links ab. Auf Ihrer rechten Seite sehen Sie, nach ca. 300m ein altes Wohnhaus mit einem hohen Turm biegen Sie gleich in die erste Seitenstrasse danach richtung Incisa rechts ab. Diese Strasse fuehrt Sie uber eine Bruecke. Nach der Bruecke biegen Sie nochmals rechts (Richtung „Rignano“) ab. Jetzt geht es immer geradeaus erst eine kurvige Bergstrasse hinauf und dann wieder etwas bergab, links von Ihnen sehen Sie Pferdekoppeln und einen Feldweg der Sie zu unsere, Hotel bringt.
